This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs acceptable use of services provided by Adzura Media (OPC) Private Limited, operating under the brand name Aivry ("Aivry", "we", "us", "our").
This policy applies to all Aivry products, services, systems, integrations, APIs, hosted deployments, automation workflows, messaging systems, voice systems, AI deployments, and related digital infrastructure, including:
- Nio
- Halo
- Flux
- Conversational websites
- Integrations
- Enterprise deployments
- Messaging workflows
- Voice systems
By using Aivry, you agree to comply with this policy.
2. General Principle
Aivry may only be used for lawful, ethical, authorized, and commercially legitimate business purposes.
Use that creates legal, reputational, security, operational, telecom, platform, or abuse risk is prohibited.
3. Prohibited Uses
A. Fraud and Deception
You may not use Aivry for:
- Phishing
- Impersonation
- Scams
- Deceptive communications
- Fraudulent lead generation
- Fake outreach
- Misleading business representation
- Social engineering attacks
- Spoofing communications
Examples:
- Pretending to be another company
- AI-generated fraud calls
- Deceptive WhatsApp sales outreach
Immediate suspension may apply.
B. Spam and Unauthorized Messaging
You may not use Aivry for:
- Unsolicited bulk outreach
- Spam campaigns
- Mass cold messaging without lawful basis
- Abusive campaign automation
- Opt-in violations
- Messaging list abuse
- Auto-spam workflows
This includes WhatsApp abuse, SMS abuse, email spam, and AI-generated spam outreach.
You are responsible for lawful permissions and opt-ins.
C. Harassment and Abuse
You may not use Aivry to:
- Harass
- Threaten
- Intimidate
- Stalk
- Abuse
- Repeatedly target individuals
- Distribute harmful content
AI automation must not be weaponized against individuals.
D. Illegal Conduct
You may not use Aivry for unlawful purposes, including:
- Fraud
- Financial crime
- Identity abuse
- Cybercrime
- Extortion
- Rights violations
- Unlawful surveillance
- Illegal data harvesting
E. Malware and Security Abuse
You may not use Aivry to:
- Distribute malware
- Deploy spyware
- Perform credential theft
- Deliver malicious payloads
- Execute unauthorized scripts
- Compromise systems
F. Platform Abuse
You may not:
- Reverse engineer Aivry
- Probe infrastructure
- Stress test without authorization
- Exploit vulnerabilities
- Bypass authentication
- Scrape protected environments
- Attempt privilege escalation
G. Unauthorized Data Use
You may not upload or process data without lawful rights. This includes:
- Stolen data
- Unauthorized personal data
- Illegally obtained leads
- Unconsented candidate data
- Improperly collected CRM databases
Customers remain responsible for lawful rights.
H. Intellectual Property Abuse
You may not upload or distribute content that infringes:
- Copyrights
- Trademarks
- Trade secrets
- Proprietary rights
- Contractual confidentiality
I. Discriminatory Use
You may not use Aivry to facilitate unlawful discrimination, including:
- Biased hiring
- Discriminatory screening
- Exclusionary profiling
- Protected-class targeting
Halo must not be used to unlawfully automate discriminatory recruitment outcomes.
J. Regulated Misuse
You may not rely on Aivry to autonomously perform regulated professional activity without lawful oversight, including:
- Legal advice
- Medical advice
- Financial advice
- Employment legal decisions
- Regulatory compliance certification
K. Telecom Abuse
Where voice or messaging systems are used, you may not:
- Violate telecom laws
- Violate recording laws
- Bypass consent rules
- Abuse voice infrastructure
- Use unlawful robocalling
- Violate messaging platform rules
This includes WhatsApp policy violations, Twilio abuse, and unauthorized voice campaigns.
L. Harmful Automation
You may not deploy unsafe automation. Examples:
- Infinite loops
- Destructive CRM actions
- Runaway workflows
- Repeated auto-messaging
- Broken escalation flows
- Automated spam triggers
4. AI-Specific Misuse
You may not use Aivry AI to:
- Generate fraud content
- Impersonate individuals
- Produce phishing copy
- Create malicious outreach
- Automate harassment
- Bypass safeguards
- Generate harmful misinformation
5. Recruitment Restrictions (Halo)
Halo must not be used to:
- Make final autonomous hiring decisions
- Automatically reject candidates without oversight
- Unlawfully profile candidates
- Violate labour laws
- Discriminate against protected classes
Customers remain responsible for hiring compliance. See the Halo Fair Use Addendum.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Lawful use
- Lawful data rights
- Opt-ins
- Consent
- Telecom compliance
- Employment compliance
- Messaging compliance
- Campaign legality
- Internal approvals
- Human oversight
7. Monitoring and Enforcement
Aivry may investigate suspected abuse. This may include:
- Access review
- Log analysis
- Workflow review
- Abuse detection
- Complaint review
- Security investigation
8. Enforcement Actions
Aivry may:
- Warn
- Throttle
- Restrict
- Suspend
- Disable workflows
- Disable messaging
- Terminate access
- Report activity where legally required
Action may be immediate where risk is serious.
9. Third-Party Rule Compliance
Use of Aivry must also comply with third-party platform rules, including:
- Twilio
- WhatsApp
- Meta ecosystem rules
- AI provider rules
- Cloud provider policies
- Payment processor policies
Violations may trigger service restriction.
