Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of products, platforms and services provided by Adzura Media (OPC) Private Limited, operating under the brand name Aivry (“Aivry”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

This policy applies to all Aivry products and services, including Nio, Halo, Milo, Atithi, APIs, integrations, AI agents, workflow automations, custom AI deployments and related services.

By using Aivry services, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Purpose

Aivry provides artificial intelligence and automation systems designed for legitimate business and organizational use.

Our technology must not be used in ways that:

  • Violate applicable law
  • Harm individuals
  • Facilitate fraud or deception
  • Violate privacy rights
  • Enable discrimination
  • Circumvent security controls
  • Create unsafe automated decisions
  • Abuse communication platforms
  • Misrepresent AI systems as humans for deceptive purposes

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of Aivry complies with applicable laws, regulations, industry requirements and platform policies.

2. General Permitted Use

Aivry services may be used for legitimate purposes such as:

  • Customer support
  • Lead qualification
  • Sales assistance
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Business communication
  • Recruitment assistance
  • Patient communication and administrative coordination
  • Hospitality and guest services
  • Knowledge retrieval
  • Internal business automation
  • Workflow automation
  • Customer relationship management
  • Voice automation
  • Messaging automation
  • Data organization
  • Business process assistance
  • Other lawful AI-assisted business activities

Permitted use does not remove the customer’s responsibility to maintain appropriate human oversight.

3. Illegal Activities

You must not use Aivry services to facilitate, promote or conduct illegal activities.

Prohibited uses include:

  • Fraud
  • Financial scams
  • Phishing
  • Identity theft
  • Extortion
  • Illegal surveillance
  • Unauthorized data collection
  • Cybercrime
  • Money laundering
  • Illegal gambling
  • Trafficking
  • Sale or distribution of prohibited goods
  • Circumvention of lawful regulatory controls
  • Other activities prohibited by applicable law

Aivry may immediately restrict access where there is a credible indication that its systems are being used for illegal activity.

4. Fraud, Deception and Impersonation

Aivry services must not be used to intentionally deceive individuals.

You must not use Aivry to:

  • Impersonate another person without lawful authorization
  • Generate fraudulent business communications
  • Pretend to represent an organization without authority
  • Conduct phishing campaigns
  • Obtain passwords or credentials deceptively
  • Make fraudulent financial requests
  • Create deceptive customer-support channels
  • Falsely represent AI-generated content as official communication from another person or organization

AI agents and AI-generated voices must not be configured to deceptively impersonate identifiable individuals.

5. Messaging and Spam

Aivry systems may support WhatsApp, SMS, email, voice and other communication channels.

Customers must comply with:

  • Applicable anti-spam laws
  • Telecommunications requirements
  • WhatsApp and Meta policies
  • Email marketing requirements
  • SMS regulations
  • Applicable consent requirements
  • Opt-out requirements

You must not use Aivry for:

  • Unsolicited mass messaging
  • Purchased contact-list spam
  • Repeated unwanted communication
  • Harassing follow-ups
  • Deceptive promotional messages
  • Circumvention of platform messaging limits
  • Messaging users who have lawfully opted out

Customers remain responsible for maintaining appropriate records of consent where required.

6. Voice AI and Automated Calling

Where Nio or another Aivry system is used for voice communication, customers must comply with applicable telecommunications and call-recording laws.

Prohibited uses include:

  • Unauthorized automated calling
  • Fraudulent caller-ID representation
  • Deceptive voice impersonation
  • Unauthorized call recording
  • Harassment
  • Repeated calls after lawful opt-out
  • Calls intended to obtain confidential credentials deceptively

Customers must provide disclosures or obtain consent where required by applicable law.

7. Privacy and Personal Data

Customers must not provide personal information to Aivry unless they have lawful authority to process that information.

You must not use Aivry to:

  • Collect personal data unlawfully
  • Scrape private information without authorization
  • Circumvent privacy controls
  • Obtain sensitive information deceptively
  • Access another customer’s information
  • Build unlawful surveillance systems
  • Process information in violation of applicable privacy laws

Where customer use involves personal information, customers remain responsible for appropriate:

  • Privacy notices
  • Consent
  • Legal basis
  • Data minimisation
  • Access controls
  • Retention practices
  • Data-subject rights

8. Sensitive Information

Additional care must be taken when processing sensitive information.

This may include:

  • Health information
  • Patient information
  • Recruitment information
  • Financial information
  • Government identification
  • Authentication credentials
  • Biometric information
  • Information relating to minors
  • Other sensitive personal information

Customers should not submit sensitive information unless it is reasonably necessary for the intended service and appropriate safeguards are in place.

9. Recruitment Use – Halo

Halo may be used to assist recruitment teams with candidate organization, analysis, screening support and communication.

Halo must not be used to:

  • Make fully autonomous final hiring decisions
  • Automatically reject candidates solely based on AI output without appropriate human review
  • Discriminate based on protected characteristics
  • Infer protected characteristics for discriminatory purposes
  • Manipulate candidate information
  • Conceal material hiring criteria where disclosure is legally required
  • Process candidate information unlawfully

Candidate scoring and ranking must be treated as decision-support information, not objective fact.

Customers remain responsible for:

  • Final hiring decisions
  • Candidate review
  • Fairness
  • Anti-discrimination compliance
  • Employment-law compliance
  • Candidate privacy
  • Appropriate human oversight

Customers using Halo should also comply with the Halo AI Recruitment Fair Use Addendum.

10. Healthcare Use – Milo

Milo is intended primarily for patient communication, administrative coordination and patient-experience workflows.

Permitted uses may include:

  • Appointment booking
  • Appointment confirmation
  • Reminders
  • Calendar coordination
  • Pre-appointment instructions
  • Follow-ups
  • Patient enquiries
  • Administrative communication
  • CRM updates

Unless expressly designed, validated and approved for a specific regulated use, Milo must not be used to autonomously:

  • Diagnose medical conditions
  • Prescribe medication
  • Recommend treatment as a replacement for a clinician
  • Modify treatment plans
  • Determine medical eligibility
  • Make clinical decisions
  • Provide emergency medical care
  • Override instructions from qualified healthcare professionals

Emergency Situations

Milo must not be configured as the sole mechanism for responding to medical emergencies.

Healthcare customers should establish clear escalation procedures for situations involving:

  • Emergency symptoms
  • Serious medical concerns
  • Requests for clinical judgment
  • Patient safety concerns
  • Uncertainty regarding treatment
  • Requests to speak with medical personnel

Patient Information

Healthcare customers are responsible for ensuring that patient information processed through Milo is collected and used lawfully.

Customers must not use Milo to unnecessarily collect sensitive medical information beyond what is reasonably required for the configured workflow.

11. Hospitality Use – Atithi

Atithi may be used to assist hospitality businesses with:

  • Guest enquiries
  • Concierge requests
  • Reservation-related communication
  • Food and beverage requests
  • Housekeeping requests
  • Maintenance requests
  • Internal service coordination
  • Guest follow-ups

Atithi must not be deliberately configured to:

  • Falsely confirm unavailable rooms
  • Intentionally provide deceptive pricing
  • Fabricate reservation confirmations
  • Falsely claim a physical service has been completed
  • Conceal known safety issues
  • Discriminate unlawfully against guests
  • Misrepresent material hotel policies

Where Atithi relies on a connected PMS, booking platform, POS or other operational system, customers are responsible for maintaining accurate source information.

12. High-Impact Decisions

Aivry systems must not be used as the sole decision-maker for high-impact decisions affecting an individual’s:

  • Employment
  • Healthcare
  • Legal rights
  • Financial status
  • Safety
  • Access to essential services

Appropriate qualified human review must remain available.

13. Discrimination

Aivry services must not be used to unlawfully discriminate based on protected characteristics.

This includes discriminatory decisions involving:

  • Recruitment
  • Employment
  • Healthcare
  • Customer access
  • Accommodation
  • Financial services
  • Essential services

Customers must review AI-supported workflows for inappropriate bias where outputs materially affect individuals.

14. Harassment and Abuse

Aivry services must not be used to:

  • Harass individuals
  • Threaten individuals
  • Stalk individuals
  • Coordinate targeted abuse
  • Repeatedly contact individuals after lawful opt-out
  • Generate malicious targeted communications
  • Facilitate intimidation
  • Exploit vulnerable individuals

15. Harmful or Manipulative AI

Aivry must not be intentionally configured to manipulate individuals through deception or exploitation.

This includes systems deliberately designed to:

  • Exploit vulnerabilities
  • Mislead users about material facts
  • Pressure vulnerable individuals
  • Pretend to possess authority they do not have
  • Conceal the automated nature of an interaction where doing so would materially deceive the user

16. Misinformation

Customers must not knowingly use Aivry to generate or distribute materially false information for fraudulent, harmful or unlawful purposes.

Customers should implement human review where factual accuracy is particularly important.

AI-generated output should not automatically be assumed to be factual.

17. Security Abuse

You must not attempt to:

  • Gain unauthorized access to Aivry systems
  • Access another customer’s data
  • Circumvent authentication
  • Bypass access controls
  • Extract credentials
  • Deploy malware
  • Conduct denial-of-service attacks
  • Exploit vulnerabilities
  • Probe production systems without authorization
  • Manipulate infrastructure for unauthorized purposes
  • Interfere with system availability

Security testing requires prior written authorization from Aivry.

18. Prompt and Model Abuse

You must not deliberately attempt to extract or compromise proprietary Aivry system information.

Prohibited activity includes attempts to:

  • Extract confidential system prompts
  • Obtain private configuration information
  • Circumvent safeguards
  • Access restricted tools
  • Reveal customer information
  • Extract another customer’s knowledge base
  • Cause unauthorized system actions
  • Override access permissions

Normal user interaction and legitimate testing of your own configured AI system is permitted.

19. Automation Safety

Customers using Aivry automation capabilities must take reasonable precautions against unintended actions.

Automations must not be intentionally designed to:

  • Destroy information without authorization
  • Trigger unauthorized payments
  • Alter critical records without appropriate safeguards
  • Send unlawful bulk communications
  • Circumvent business approvals
  • Access unauthorized systems
  • Create uncontrolled workflow loops
  • Disable safety mechanisms

High-impact workflows should use safeguards such as:

  • Human approval
  • Confirmation steps
  • Access controls
  • Rate limits
  • Logging
  • Validation
  • Error handling
  • Escalation
  • Rollback mechanisms

20. Third-Party Systems

Aivry may integrate with third-party platforms.

Customers must not use Aivry to:

  • Circumvent third-party security
  • Violate third-party terms
  • Access systems without authorization
  • Scrape restricted data unlawfully
  • Circumvent API limits
  • Abuse third-party infrastructure

Customers remain responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authorization for connected systems.

21. Intellectual Property

You must not use Aivry services to knowingly infringe:

  • Copyright
  • Trademarks
  • Patents
  • Trade secrets
  • Confidential information
  • Other intellectual-property rights

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights to information, documents, media or data uploaded to Aivry.

22. Customer Knowledge Bases

Customers may provide information used by Aivry AI systems.

Customers must not knowingly provide:

  • Illegal content
  • Malicious instructions
  • Stolen confidential information
  • Infringing content
  • Fraudulent information
  • Information obtained unlawfully

Customers remain responsible for ensuring their knowledge sources are accurate, lawful and appropriate for the intended AI use.

23. Credentials and Authentication Data

Aivry systems should not be intentionally configured to request highly sensitive credentials unless the workflow is specifically designed and secured for that purpose.

Customers should avoid collecting through general conversational interfaces:

  • Passwords
  • PINs
  • CVVs
  • OTPs
  • Private cryptographic keys
  • Full payment-card credentials
  • Security-question answers

Payment information should normally be handled through appropriate secure payment providers rather than general AI conversations.

24. Children and Minors

Aivry services are primarily intended for business use.

Where an Aivry deployment interacts with minors, customers are responsible for:

  • Determining whether the use is appropriate
  • Obtaining required parental or guardian consent
  • Limiting unnecessary data collection
  • Maintaining appropriate safeguards
  • Complying with applicable laws

Aivry must not be intentionally used to exploit, manipulate or harm minors.

25. Customer Monitoring

Customers are responsible for monitoring their deployed AI systems.

This includes reviewing:

  • AI responses
  • Failed conversations
  • Escalations
  • Automation failures
  • User complaints
  • Knowledge accuracy
  • Unusual usage
  • Potential misuse
  • High-impact outcomes

Aivry should not be deployed and then treated as an entirely unsupervised system.

26. Reporting Misuse

Suspected abuse, security incidents or violations of this policy may be reported to:

Reports should include sufficient information for Aivry to investigate the issue.

27. Enforcement

Aivry may investigate suspected violations of this policy.

Depending on the nature and severity of the issue, Aivry may:

  • Request corrective action
  • Restrict particular functionality
  • Apply usage limits
  • Suspend integrations
  • Temporarily suspend services
  • Permanently terminate access
  • Preserve relevant records where legally required
  • Report unlawful conduct where legally required

Where practical, Aivry will attempt to provide notice and an opportunity to correct non-critical violations.

Immediate action may be taken where necessary to address:

  • Illegal activity
  • Fraud
  • Security threats
  • Serious privacy violations
  • Patient-safety risks
  • Significant harm
  • Platform abuse

28. No Guarantee of Abuse Prevention

Aivry implements safeguards intended to reduce misuse.

However, no technical system can prevent every form of abuse.

Customers remain responsible for their own users, configurations, integrations and business practices.

29. Relationship With Other Policies

This Acceptable Use Policy should be read together with Aivry’s:

  • Terms & Conditions
  • Privacy Policy
  • Responsible AI Policy
  • Cookie Policy
  • Halo AI Recruitment Fair Use Addendum
  • Applicable Data Processing Agreements
  • Customer-specific agreements and Statements of Work

Where a customer agreement imposes stricter requirements, those requirements also apply.

30. Changes to This Policy

Aivry may update this Acceptable Use Policy to reflect:

  • New products
  • New AI capabilities
  • New risks
  • Regulatory developments
  • Platform requirements
  • Security developments
  • Changes to our services

The current version will be published on Aivry’s website with an updated “Last Updated” date.
